For over 26 years, I've had the privilege of teaching leadership and organizational development at the university level while walking alongside real leaders in real organizations facing real challenges. That combination — the rigor of scholarship and the grit of practice — shapes everything I do.
My PhD in Organizational Leadership gave me the frameworks and research to understand how organizations grow, change, and sometimes get stuck. But it's the thousands of hours spent with pastors, executives, nonprofit directors, and emerging leaders that gave me the wisdom to know what actually moves people forward.
I believe deeply that leadership is a calling — not just a role. And I believe God equips those He calls. My job is to help you see what He's already placed in you, and to develop the skills and self-awareness to lead with greater courage and effectiveness.
